    it maybe your hardrive crapping out at the higher fsb speed and the 1 to 1 ratio with the 3 to 4 ratio it gives your hard drive more room to run. buti could be wrong I'm an AMD guy.

    There is an Abit Ti4200 vmod in our gfx vmod section btw...just ask DDTUNG and I'm sure he can figure out the MX440
