    making your own block

what tools and procedures (by procedures i mean like, cut the block in half, carve out channels - not how you design your block) do some of you guys go about when making your own cpu block?

also, where do you get all of the copper from to make it?

it all depends on the design of the block.

most popular DIY blocks follow the #rotor design, all you need is a drill press and a dremel

get your copper stock from onlinemetals.com
    or a local metal supplier

Well I've used the drill press and dremel. Lots of clams/vice's and jbweld.
If you're trying to learn a lot about block making check out the procooling.com forums, they have a ton of info on that.
