Nice setup there, very clean (wiring needs a little work; but no dust, haha j/k).... Still don't get why GER wasserkuhler are small dia tubing and US watercooling is big bore tubing.
ps... are those pics really two years old?

yes wiring needs a little work , when i have free time i put my hands on
i think its all the same , which tubing u use^^ the flow is ok , too
the temperatures are also very good..so why do all american watercooling users , take this **** big tubings ?
i think it looks not very good with big tubings
are there in US no shops , where u can buy this "normal" tubings?

Its actually an Alphacool NexXxos tripple 120mm but it does look very similar to the XSPC 120-T and has the same size 1/4" fittings, difference is in price, I paid a bit over £30 for that rad from www.candccentral.co.uk whereas the XSPC is about £45. While I cant compare its performance to the likes of a PA120.3 or any of the other top performing radiators I can say its well built (and I do like the chromed shroud for fan attachments!) and came with all screws necessary for attachment of both fans and the radiator to the case, also included were rubber grommets to reduce fan vibration noise. Obviously its much better than my old setup of a dual 80mm and single 80mm Asetek Waterchill radiators.Originally Posted by Leeum

Well, I guess its just preference... I'm from Europe, and personally, I'd be very happy if I could purchase blocks with 1/2" ID... i like big tubes...Originally Posted by r00t

Larger diam. tubing = less flow restriction = better cooling power.
which temperature do u have with ur opteron ?

Very nice rotNdude- what size tubing is that and where'd you get those clamps?
38*c full load at 1.67vcore (read in BIOS), probably closer to 1.72v actual.Originally Posted by r00t

Thanks, M8. The tubing is 1/2" ID tygon and I bought the clamps at a True Value Hardware store. I took a piece of tubing with me to find the shortest ones that would fit and the narrowest ones.Originally Posted by thunderstruck!

This stuff comes next week;
- A case called aerocool Masstige to replace my Aopen H600B(got that already)
- A PSU from Seasonic 600W to replace my LC-Power 550W
- A MCP 655 swiftech pump to replace my eheim 1048
- Nexxxus dual extreme rad + grill instead of my heavy tractor rad.(got that already)
- A swiftech storm block instead of my zern pq +, a copple of sharp razor blades for popping of the ihs.
- Maze 4 for my x800gto² thats heating up my chipset fan so everything in my comp will be quiet again.
- A plexi res for in my drive bay.
I have 2 choices of tubing.
- Dangerden tubing uv (13mm) for 1/2"
- Silicone tubing (11mm) for 3/8" and 1/2".
I only worked with silicone tubing and its great because it works so easy. Dangerden I have to try out.
Pics will be coming next week if its finished.
