Nice O27 !!
That thing is really nice 027. Nice looking setup. A much different approach than i took. I gave up on having it look nice when i realized that i coudnt make my case look good (7 year old Fulll atx case). So as of now i run without case panels and wires hanging out everywhere.
yeah well as long as your comp. is in the same room as your dining table and you live together with your girlfriend you kind a need to make it look pretty good to get it acceptet!
Hi ya I'm new here and I wanted to post my recent new setup

ah so that is what it is... I am retarded. I would take pics of my setup, but it's just a mess of wiring and tubes and random fans in odd spots... but ugly cases need love too.Originally Posted by saaya
This is a Proteus Industries 200 Series flow meter . The spinning impeller contains magnets at the tips, which generate a current in the coil that is located in the housing of the meter, separated from the chamber. The current, generated in the coil by the Hall effect, is directly proportional to the rotational speed of the impeller, thus being linearly indicative of the flow through the meter. The second half of the flow meter contains all the electronics that interpret the current and convert it to a 0-5VDC analog output. It also contains a relay with an adjustable trip point.Originally Posted by zeon
I connected the Red Lion DC voltmeter to read the analog output from the flow meter. Also, this model of the meter can be set to scale the readout, and this is how I calibrated the meter to display 100 under normal circamstances. The buzzer is connected externally and is activated when the relay inside the flow meter senses flow that is below a set point.
The flow meter is able to output analog voltage signal that is proportional (very linearly) to the flow, and I have calibrated the panel meter to show 100, as in 100 percent, under normal conditions. I can adjust the voltage supplied to the pump through a pot, and the meter mirrors the reduced flow quite nicely, bottoming out at 36%, at which point the relay inside the flow meter trips off another relay that is connected to a loud buzzer, giving a nice warning signal.
Dang, Tech award of the day goes to MegadetHCl!!

You are not looking hard enough. Look at the top view pic, see the white cap? It is attached (velcroed) to the rear side of the mobo, you can see it in the pumps pic.Originally Posted by Torin

Aha. I see it now, also in the last pic. It kinda just blended in with everything else. The t-line is connected between two pumps, correct?

Yes, the order goes (hold on to yer pants): pump 1 (upsidedown pump) > tee line > pump furthest from mobo > pump closest to mobo > rad > CPU > GPU > pumps. Those pics don't show my recently added Fusion HL block, suppose I should reshoot it.Originally Posted by Torin

DaveDude - you´re a little wrong it goes in the top rad which i a Thermochill 120.3 and the bottom rad is a DD double heatercore. And yes i "only" have one Iwaki MD-15R pump. Regarding how much flow i have - i have no idea! But i guess the big head of the pumps equals things out, cause my load temp on my FX-51@2647mhz is around 40c wiht my X800XT PE@600/585mhz is 33c!! so something IS working
