Some help with my FX 940 FSBs

Can someone suggest the cheapest/best value 66mhz sata pci card available. Ive hit a wall testing my corsair rated for 216mhz 2-3-2-6. Got it up to 224mhz(clockgen) at those timings before losing the hardrive at 225fsb ( this is on a sk8v synchronous buses 224fsb (200mhz) = ~74.7mhz (66mhz) 37.4mhz (33mhz)).
This WD sata drive is fine running at 223fsb, but 224 didnt work either (bios setup)...
Two XP reinstalls later, numerous virus hacks, a couple of virus cleans, a few windows updates, and Im back.
I know that I got some good memory on my hands..I wanna go higher. I know some of you guys worked with the 940 boards too, can you recommend a pci controller so I can run this memory to the limit (non-raid)? Thanks. I want 11.5x 227 really badly!
