Booting in at 200 on the P4C800 set's more than turbo with BH5.It also sets all kinds of weird DRam refresh timings etc similar to all the settings on the IC7 for GAT etc.
Its also better with 256 dimms at CPC hardly works with 512's, from my testing at least.

    Macci.
Run 3V on the BH5 you have and see if you get near Ryan EB bench, I have a feeling you won't but its worth you proving me wrong.

    To all.

We didn't release this ram to compete with BH5...plus BH5 is not available.I personnally feel this is a pretty good alternative though and is current and replacable if there are problems.
Got a problem with your OCZ product....?

so bigtoe you are saying that eb is at competition with bh5 but some other ocz guys say no they dont which to believe ??????

yes you are right macci cant reach that score with 3v on bh5 but what about 3.72 volt on both eb and bh5 which one will win

i am not saying this becuase eb is bad stuff i like eb and going to buy 1 gig kit (and thanks at last ocz come to turkey lol ) but i dont think it can compete with bh5 for xtreme ocs

When i'm being paid i always do my job through.

Yeah for me ~6000-6100 buffered is ~3000-3200 unbuffered, don't remember exact numbers.

You and ryan have both said that. But I keep seeing benches where the EB bandwidth is right there with most any BH-5 and at lower voltages. Is OCZ just tryin to be cool about that? Sorry if I just don't get it.

Its a side-effect of overclocking and running lower timings.

Hmm now we should be expecting 300 1:1 with 3-3-3 timings

At 250 1:1 3-2-2-6 so far gives unbuffered of 3855/3863

Haven't even tweaked it much yet (GAT = AUTO)

    More results comming

Was the sweetspot 2.5-2-3-8 on these EB modules, ie best combination of overclock and timings ?

I didn't realise you could get 2 for TRCD on these, I thought it was 3 minimum, so 3-2-2-6 is pretty good going.

    Regards

    Andy

TRCD might be an issue on some motherboards or at low voltage , but it seems most people are able to run it with out issues
