    In need of help.

I am looking for memory for my newly bought system. I want something I can run low timings and if possible 1:1. I have a P4C800-E Deluxe and a Pentium 4 3.2GHz. (if u need more info let me know) All of this is being cooled by water cooling and running 33*c idle and about 40*c full load. With PC-3200LL memory my friend is letting me borrow. I would like to be able to hit about 4GHz and will do the memory voltage mod if needed. The multiplyer is 16 and I am running 232 with 1.6v. Also is 1gig of memory good or to much? I am new with the P4 so any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Read this article. It should help you out. I would go with OCZ or Corsair. Look at the benchmarks.
