    Dissembly of pump prior to soldering the housing into the assy



    Condenser and Filter drier welded



    I will be adding on a daily basis as time permits Ordering case tomorrow. THis is also the first stage to a -110C cascade, which is the same size.

    Added captube and charged



    Up date charging and tuning system chiler wll be finished up in a few days... Case layout and final color design is in the works. working with the client on this so I will be posting the final in a few...

    The internal of the heatexchanger looks like tubing with high ridges on it.... This is a off the shelf suction subcooler HX-100.

    is that the cap-tube wrapped around the heat-exchanger, and if so what is the larger aprox. 3" piece called it originates from?

    Starting with the discharge of the condenser, then the filter/drier/strainer on to the capillary tube next the heatexchanger,suction line, compressor and finally the condenser then goto line 1.

    hey Chilly what size fittings are on that Taco pump? I assume the target dia. is 1/2"ID? how are you going to adapt that or have you not gotten that far? I am curious about this. sorry If I am missing something obvious..........

    The fittings on the 006s are 1/2 id pipe standard copper pipe I will use silver bering alloy to attach the piping to the pump housing as it is bronze. he internal water system is 3/8 ID and the pump will do 600gal/hr

    Insulate the chiller barrel and installed the pump and rez, piped the pump up to the chiller barrel. Next construct the fill spout and diptube, insulate the pump and rez.

    The pump is a 1/40 hp centrifigual, with Backflow preventer, self priming, 125 psi max 500+GPH TACO 600r stainless cartrige pump, bering surface is the working fluid.
