I will be using this case:

I want to run dual loops with this. One for the cpu, and one for the gpu.
For the cpu I'm planning on a BIX on that rear 120mm exhaust fan. This should be fine I think. I plan on using one 72cfm fan for the BIX.
I then plan to cut a 120mm hole in top, and use either another BIX or a Jr-120 for that. This would cool the GPU. Does this sound like a decent plan?
But, I'm having some trouble placing my pumps. I have a via aqua 1300 and a danner mag2.
I was going to put the via aqua 1300 behind the hard-drive cage like they did in this procooling article.

That would be for the gpu, it would make routing the tubing fairly easy I think.
Now, I have no clue where to put the danner mag2 or how to route the tubing for it. Got any ideas?
