boomerang chip what to do LOL

No matter what I do, I keep getting this chip back LOL
It seems like everytime I sell a system with this processor, the peeps that never had nothing but 200 mhz pentium systems in the past end up wanting a faster processor LOL so this chip just keeps on getting back to me.
Also how do I get the rest of this phasechange pad off?

So you guys got any suggestions what to do with this core, I mean it's not worth overclocking, it get's to darn hot to use it for a tivo(HTPC) device. And if I sell it in a computer again I'll end up trading it back up for another xp 2400, yeah I traded it back up for an XP 2400 twice, I still have the K7S5A I originally sold it with, the first time I traded the guy the motherboard up too.
well any suggestions?

well probably somewhere around 1500 mhz and that is with an slk-800 cooling it LOL
if you check-out the pic of the core it is not one color the lower left hand corner gets purple so I already know this would not be the best clocker, and nah in my nf7-s the next chip that's going in there is a moble athlon 2600 xp 4000 here I come!!!!
Any other suggestions?

well got got a slot pentium 2 I could use for that purpose, then again I have no way of testing that thing so I dunno if it still works LOL, cool answer but need something constructive for this cpu.

dude, that looks like a t-bird core...never heard of the boomerang core. i just got a 266fsb 1.4ghz athlon t-bird retail brand new from amd (rma) and it looks just like that. t-birds do run super hot, though. is it 256k L2? thats what t-birds are

boomerang core because the chip keeps ending back up in my ownership, yeah that is a 1.4 266 tbird the cream of the crop for about 30 days then the P4 1.5 came out

not to start another AMD vs Intel argument or anything, but wouldn't the 1.4 T-Bird be better than the old 1.5GHz P4?

this exact CPU must be karma or something I bought it like 4 weeks before the xp 1500 came out I had the fastest computer money could buy for about four weeks LOL of course it wasn't oc'ed to the real top speeds back then I couldn't find a heatsink big enough. I am cursed to get this thing back and back and back. LOL
Why simple I keep selling this thing and then I keep selling them an upgrade, and I get the cpu for labor LOL
