    Best LCD monitor

    What is the Best LCD monitor on the internet for Around 400 bucks or less? Must be able to handle ATLEAST 1028 by 1028 resolutions and have PRETTY screen and must be Black color.

    This is pretty much the best 17" lcd you can get as far as gaming and multimedia is concerned (if that's what you're going to use it for). It has very fast response time which will minimize ghosting, and its black.

    This Samsung seems damn nice.

    12ms response time and 500:1 contrast ratio...that's the best response time I have ever seen. You pay for it though, that is a damn expensive 17" lcd. Might be best to wait til you have a nice dell coupon that you can stack on with a sale for that one

    Could get lucky like I did last summer when dell had that bug that accidentally gave you 15% off 15% off instead of just 15% off Got a nice nec 17" 16ms sucker for like $340 last summer, but I wouldn't count on a sale like that unless you have a stackable coupon.
