that is areally wierd issue. try redownloading super pi. and see if any other programs crash the system.

i already download another version, and it makes same problem, my sys reboot =o(
but sys is primestable

Try a little snm
If you haven't seen it, search here. Will beat theout of your system, but should help get it 'burned in' faster and better. (Sorta like clearing out the carbs' on your car)
Keep an eye on temps whilst running this since it can push your system hotter than prime, etc.
My stability test / burnin tools: Occt, SNM, and prime 24.6 w/ mem used set to 890
