The -5v rail on my kr7a raid board reads +1.4v on MBM5. What effect does this have? I'm currently OCing my xp2000+ AGOIAy@ 143x 12.5=1787mhz. System is stable but won't run prime95. Should I RMA this board?

What are your Power supply specs?
Antec 350w, I've tried another psu, same result.
