It's a good radiator.
It can hold two 120mm fans.
better than anyother rad you can buy? (not heatercores)
like I said in the other thread. I have this rad and it seems to work pretty good. It is a single 120 rad. You can put 1 pull and 1 push fan on it, but unless you have alot of room in your case I doubt that you will be able to put the rad, 2 fans and 2 shrouds in your case.

are heatercores much better than the rads you can buy? or do people just buy heatercores cus they are cheap?
Heatercores are cheaper and cool better, but I'm pretty sure that they are usually a bit bigger than rads. So I guess that it depends on what you are trying to fit it in.

i think they are as good or a little worse than the black ice micro radiators, but the bix' cost 50$....
one of those rads is:
great for a cpu loop
great for a gpu loop
great for a mcw50-t loop
ok for a cpu+gpu loop
ok for a cpu+gpu+nb loop
not enough for a cpu+mcw50-t loop (better get 2 rads or a heatercore)
not enough for a cpu+nb+mcw50-t loop (better get 2 rads or a heatercore)
if i got two that wouldnt fit in my case most liekly.. hmmm, but if i did get two, would i hook them up consecutively or would it be best to do like CPu - rad - GPU - rad ?
omg you pmed me and i wanted to help you picking up a heatercore right? :x
sorry dude i deleted all my pms and forgot about it, sorry dude ^^
send me the link to a pic of your case again and i will show you where to position a heatercore or two radiators without a problem.
hehe, np
thanks man, ill PM you in like 4 secs
it's easier than with the (sadly now discontinued) procore - rad+2shrouds+2 fans is 5.18" as against 6.75" (+ 1" if the fans are 38mm)Originally posted by neyoung

What happened to the procores? They sold really well, is the jr-20 equivalent to it? Sure doesnt seem so...

last time i was at d-tek picking up some parts they said they were thinking about getting rid of the pro cores because the jr performs almost the same and is more suitable for users with smaller cases....Originally posted by ch!mera

The pro cores have been discontinued for the JR-120. There is no performance diff on 98% of all systems and the JR is easier to fit most cases.
heh should of posted this back when i found out. i never even thought too. they told me this like 3 months ago.
This heatercore is decent! I just built a WC system with this in it. 3 wb's and a via aqua pump and keeps the CPU NB and GPU 1c above ambient

dtek don't show them yet, but criticool also sell the JR-120 in unpainted and red...

any body know how the JR-120 compares to the BIX2 ???
(sorry to hijack the thread, just though while every one is on the topic)
