Should I trade my A64 3000+ +25 dollars for a A64 3200+. His is a OEM and mine was retail.But I am keepign my hsf and everything. Is it worth doing this?

depends, what does his chip oc to?

if you dont want to oc it then yes, its worth it. if you plan to oc and his chip ocs the same or more then get it, if not then keep your own as the cache doesnt matter that much, at least in games.

He said the highest it has done is 2.35ghz..That the highest my 3000+ has hit too..So idk..
