8700K load temp and cpu lifespan question

I have an 8700k at 4.7 Ghz and its stable I play games occasionally and my max load temp on a fairly demanding game is 85c will this affect the cpu lifespan? ive had it for a while and most of the time im listening to music I was just wondering if i should lower my overclock

obviosuly my load temp is lower in the winter more around 70 to 75c I was just wondering how long my chip will last

It will be fine, that is not abnormal temps.

If you were hitting 100c and throttling you would have an issue.

Load temp 85c in games not that great unless it is on full load of prime95 etc.

should I be at all concerned about vrm temps ive never had any issues and ive had this mobo (asus z370 f gaming) for 3 years i was just wondering if I needed to be concerned about it now

there is no temp sensor for the vrm by the way
