90MM cooler

Been looking for a 90MM true cooler or similar (Thermal right) for 1366 processors (westmere). A 120 I have is to big that I cannot close the case. Seems no one in USA sells one. Can order one from Europe but don?t want one. If you have one in your pc bin collecting dust, can trade you my 120 mm or buy it from you. Or point me to someone selling one. Thanks.

Thermal right are hard to get in the US now.

I still have a couple giant coolers from them and I would use them if I had mounting brackets. I miss them and enzotec being available in the US.

I live in Canada and bought from Nan's Gaming on Amazon. Good stuff. You probably got your cooler already, but just in case you wanted to throw some cash around..

Due to current world events some products are a bit tougher to get these days. None of that stuff I could find in Canada at a remotely reasonable cost. Mind you I haven't looked lately.

When I was mounting my current heatsink all I was thinking about was the amount of pressure needed to force those only LGA775 mounting pins in. I've only had experience with enzotech mosfet/SB heatsinks, seems manufacturers are spending a lot more time on their MB thermals these days.

Still haven’t bought one yet. The link you provided, most are larger than 90MM. The ones that lay flat look interesting but wonder how well they work. Have always used upright thermalright. The dedicated cruncher I want this for is a Dell tower I got free, and updated from a quad core to a hex. I’ll keep looking for a inexpensive cooler. Thanks folks.

Top-down coolers might actually work better if you are looking to run the rig 24/7, as it gives some airflow to the MB.

Not sure how others work, I had great experience with Noctua when I ran a dual-Opteron rig. Rig stayed cool 24/7 after I popped them in.

2 pipes for a dedicated cruncher seems risky. Have been running this cruncher open cased since the 120 mm thermaltake protrudes to much to close the case. No issues so far. Thanks for the suggestion.
