I want the CryoZ - 2020 XtremeSystems Facebook Group Giveaway Raffle

    EDIT: 5/3/2020

We started a "challenge giveaway raffle" for the XtremeSystems Facebook Group with a bunch of cool prices. Cool both literally and figuratively speaking...we are still working out all the final details and will continue to update these. Please hit us up with any questions, concerns or suggestions in this thread.

XtremeSystems Facebook Group Challenge Giveaway raffle

    https://www.facebook.com/groups/xtremesystems/

Main Prize: NEW IN BOX, OCZ CryoZ with Socket 1200 mounting kit. 130w @ -40c Phase change cpu cooler.

Winners will be announced on Friday May 29th @ 6PM PST on the Facebook group. We will attempt to do a live stream on the Facebook group and find an entertaining way to guarantee a randomly generated number to determine the winning entries. Prizes will have to be claimed within 24 hours or a backup winner will be announced the following day.

    Who is eligible? You!*

No purchase required whatsoever! Charles / the XtremeSystems FaceBook Group will ship the prizes anywhere in the world where this is allowed. Several prizes will be picked at the end of each week, same shipping deal. Winners will be announced on the XtremeSystems Facebook Group 1st Week - 8th of May, 2020 @ 6PM PST / 2nd Week - 15th May, 2020 @ 6PM PST - 3rd Week - 22nd of May 2020 @ 6PM PST.

Each week of the month of May you can earn additional raffle entries for the main prize!

You can gain 2 raffle entries the first week by:

    A) First method ( 1 raffle ticket ) - Show us your XtremeSystem!

Run PCMark Vantage and the result MUST end in an EVEN number. A high score or low score will have no effect on this challenge. Use your PC, Mac or Smartphone and submit an image of your score to the Facebook group or here on xtremesystems.org to be linked to the XtremeSystems FaceBook group. A Futuremark validation is not required in case you are running hardware that does not return a valid Futuremark result, but the score has be be obtained between May 1st thru May 7th. We will announce the lucky winners on May 8th. Please post a picture of your entry to the Xtremesystems Facebook Group page.

    PCMark Vantage:
    https://benchmarks.ul.com/legacy-benchmarks

B} Second method ( 1 raffle ticket) - Crunch for a better world!

Join the xtremesystems.org World Community Grid team and submit a contribution to your preferred cause. You can either use your PC, Mac or Smartphone. We were hoping that the WCG OpenPandemics COVID19 project would be live by now - but looks like we will have to wait a little bit longer for it. The Microbiome Immunity Project looks very timely - but we hope you agree that any of the currently active WCG projects are more than worthy of your help. We would like to see more engagement in folding for a good cause, especially during these challenging times!

To join please click the below link to join and download the WCG software:

    https://join.worldcommunitygrid.org?...Id=517JN5ZNKD2

You will have to sign up for a profile at the WCG website and the configuration of the software is very simple and intuitive.

We temporarily started a separate XtremeSystems.org team for this giveway challenge but will try to quickly find a solution to merge this team to the current XtremeSystems crunching team. If you are already a member of XtremeSystems WCG team simply post a photo of one of your WCG - submissions (obtained between 5/1-5/7/2020) to the XtremeSystems Facebook group page titled " I want the CryoZ ".

All entries must be posted to XtremeSystems Facebook Group with the heading "I want the CryoZ"

Secondary raffle prizes for first week:

1x Sabrent Rocket NVMe 1TB M.2 drive with heat sink.

2x Asus Rampage Black PCB, these are blank PCB's and impossible to buy and are an amazing tool for xtreme GPU overclocking.

Secondary raffle prizes for second week:

    TBD

Secondary raffle prizes for 3rd week:

    TBD

The CryoZ was a joint effort between XtremeSystems and OCZ to deliver a single stage phase change unit that never made it to full production. Very few units survive and this is one of them.

    Two issues.

People have WCG and not on the xtremesystems.org team and the PCMark score.

Move to xtremesystems.org team and submit a work unit so it can be recorded by Mike.

It doesn't not matter what the score is if you ran the test, the score must end in an even number. Screen shot the score at the end of the run.

Does a score of 0 count as even? PCmark vantage is apparently reliant on depricted software like windows mail and cannot properly complete on updated systems?

    I want the CryoZ - Round 2
After much discussion, after this round tickets will be harder to get.
This round you will compete to win the prize.
Anyone can win if you put some effort into it.
Everyone can enter during round two by completing the very simple task.
You can get one entry but you can update your score as needed.
Prize for this round is from Patriot, they sending the lucky winner lots of RGB. I am not saying because I want you to feel crappy for not trying.
    Download Benchmate
    Run SuperPi 32M
Slowest score wins the Patriot RGB.
    Sandbagging is encouraged.
Any score gets a ticket for round 2.
Post screen shot of your 32M times with the correct time and date showing on your desktop.
To get the second ticket you must have completed and posted the 32M, please join the XtremeSystems.org WCG team and let me know you joined. https://join.worldcommunitygrid.org?teamId=517JN5ZNKD2

This round ends May 16 @ 6PM PST

I want the Cryoz - First round tickets.
A random number generator will be used to deterimine, to evenly spread the field this is how the tickets are laid out.

    0-4 Josh Berlin
    5-9 Josh Berlin
    10-14 Christopher Pfann
    15-19 Clemens N?ssler
    20-24 Isaac Winter
    25-29 Isaac Winter
    30-34 Nicolas Nicegab Gaburro
    35-39 Florian Martin
    40-44 Jonathan Imler
    45-49 James Rideout
    50-54 David Dressler
    55-59 Daryl Carter
    60-64 Kristian Henriksen
    65-69 Bartek Wojciech
    70-74 Tomislav Fures
    75-79 Luc Salmon
    80-84 Andr? Ewert
    85-89 Joel Knippare
    90-94 Marcel Ilavsk?
    95-99 Manu Pirat

The last three rounds of the Atto benchmark will be used to determine who wins, we decided during the run the decimal places of the read will be used for the 1 ~ 100.

    64MB = 1st
    48MB = 2nd
    32MB = 3rd

    Here is the benchmark run.

Reggie and I originally designed and built the CryoZ, this unit was from Mike Guava that he ordered from Frozen CPU and never used.

Mike donated it for the contest.
