[GA-EX58-EXTREME] SPIFlash , How?

Hi,

I came a cross a old topic about this mainboard.

Now i'm running a official F12 version. But is need the beta driver because of the VT-d option. I need this for ESXi and PCI passtrough.
In the old topic they say i need to make a bootable drive with SPIFlash and the beta bois file.

But how must i make a bootable drive?
I've made many bootable drive's form iso's (linux or windows). But not from 1 exe file.
