Is the white version same as the black when it comes to pcb etc?

White blocks are not really a thing. That has a custom PCB, so I would bet no as it is for a mid range chip so they market is not really there.
I would check Phanteks since I think they make the gigabyte stock blocks, then compare your cards pcb to one that is supported.
