CALL TO ACTION! - XS HWBot Team post here!

    my story-------------
i used to come here a lot then my son joined youth football and my life changed.

I wanted to be a part of his life as he was growing up, nor regrets. I quit my tech job and became a night baker.
Then i spent probably the best years of my life taking my son to every practice and game. My wife was able to come as much as possible and it was fantastic.
My son went from an overweight video-gamer and last on the team to being starting varsity his senior year of HS. Now he is in his second year of college and I want my old hobby back...

    OVERCLOCKING.

I probably haven't done it since 2011 but i have been collecting old hardware for the last couple of years. I want to attack 478/478 / 775 /1366 stuff
i have about 40 different 775 chips 5 or 6 boards and some good ole ram. that was my main focus but i did manage to get a few 1366 and 478 boards. I always looked for the best overclocked of that era.

    I also have a nice SS phase and a kingpin f1 bit i,m not a big LN2
guy yet...I did Dice one with "binge" over at TPU, but that was it... BaCK IN THE DAYS WHEN evga WOULD loan out their boards to members, what a great idea, but that ended quickly...lol
I actually received one of the first Classified X58's from them to play with, it's almost unbelievable now...

With winter coming and living in Newtown, ct 06470 I am looking to get back to my hobby since its just me and the wife now.
i have skype or telegram so give me a shout if you want to chat, i think i could learn a lot from everyone and hopefully we can become a team again.

i know i am bring very direct, but i have been itching to do this fer years...Now it's time again.
i am 59 just an fyi, my name is steve and I talk alot...

    my email is systemviper@gmail.com

Wow I looked at the last months submissions.....
    need i say more

    Member Of The Month October.
techjesse made 89 submissions, worth 788.1 points, which earned him the title of member of the month October.

But this is a little disappointing...

Top 5 Most Active Members In The Past Month.

    MEMBER POINTS
techjesse 153 submissions worth 264.2 points
andressergio 67 submissions worth 179.5 points
FUGGER 17 submissions worth 92.5 points
systemviper 1 submissions worth 11.2 points

I made it to the top 5 with just 1 submission...
& there is only 4 names in the top 5, pitiful

But i am hoping this is just a list for November which is only 4 days in...

but still it's a start and we can only go up.
I know we have some real winners here, i look forward to chatting,,,

Wow, thanks for taking the time to let the community know how hard you are submitting for the XS HWBot Team

It's inspiring how many points you can get with some mid-range stuff, not even the high end...

ASUS ROG Maximus IX Apex Motherboard(Aura Sync RGB LEDs, DDR4 4266MHz, DIMM.2 dual M.2 expansion card, and USB Type-A/C) $250 new
    i5 7600k Price $250.99 new

and only 7000 series not the i9's wahooooooooooooo

So did you just find that i5 7600k or were you looking for a good one?

thanks for your posts, your the man!

Hello bench team! I'm trying to sign into hwbot to re-learn how to submit, and maybe post up a couple of test runs but the site is currently down so it'll have to wait.

I don't have much in the way of hardware (from the last decade anyway, what is all this new fangled stuf!?) but I want to make a some contributions on Socket A/AGP platforms when I can. Hopefully getting a Vapo LS for xmas!

    Hey Steve,

It's great to see you took care of the team while I was gone.
During the last years I have only benched for Country Cup 2017 and Country Cup 2019. One remarkable score from the CC 2017 session done with my i7 6700K and one more score from the CC 2019 session with the i7 950.
    I plan on benching more this year. I have i7 6700K, i3 7350K, i7 7700K and i7 8086K ready to go!
