According to the specs, PC gamers will at least need an Intel Core i7 4790 or an AMD Ryzen 3 1300X with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 or an AMD Radeon R9 285.
Bethesda recommends an Intel Core i7-4790 or an AMD Ryzen 5 1500X with 8GB RAM and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 or an AMD R9 290X. The game will also require 60GB of free hard-disk space.
Unfortunately, the publisher did not reveal what these specs are targeting. Our guess is that the recommended requirements are for 1080p at High settings. Still, from what we can see this game will mostly require a moderate quad-core CPU. For comparison purposes, Fallout 4 had listed the Intel Core i5-2300 and the AMD Phenom II X4 945 as the minimum CPU requirements.
