Feel like Reddit redirected a lot of hardware talks away from this forum as well. However Reddit's way of promoting hivemind through voting really isn't the best way to get valuable info.

Miss it a lot when this forum was active with bunch of new content, very glad to see it's still blooming with search engine traffic. Forums like XS still have so much potential to be active, especially within the car hobbyist community. I hope this place gets back to somewhere it used to be.

Reddit and FB have a tendency to make things vanish after a week too. If you have a problem you are more likely to find a solution in a forum.

No improvements to this site in years...still doesn't even have HTTPS enabled. SPAM posts are ridiculous here.

And let's not even talk about the years of posts with valuable info missing from the great crash.

Some of us moved on to a better ran and cared for XS forum since we do Distributed Computing and needed something reliable for communicating.

I bought my first LN2 pot here - just came back after some time (ok ... years) and see the forum is dead. No https, vBulletin version from years ago. Looks like no one cares anymore

I was older than many You Tube tech guys back then. Also much dumber, in case you are wondering what happened!
