New X470 Motherboards. Has MSI learned their lesson with improved power phase ?

I am wondering if the MSI has improved the power phase on their new X470 Gaming M7 AC motherboard. Also is the Taichi Ultimate X470 have the beefy power phase they offered on the X370 Taicji. Finally is their any overriding reason to buy a Crosshair 7 board this time around. One thing I see on the Taichi Ultimate is 10Gb ethernet support. Though I can't find any specs on its powerphase support. The X370 Titanium main power phase weakness was its slow switching, otherwise it was adequate. But the Pinnacle Ridge chips and memory will run hotter because of the higherr overclocks from what I understand. Just trying to make sure I do not caught with my pants down.

I was surprised to see dual 8 pin CPU power connectors on the MSI M7 AC board.

Looks like the X470 Taichi have the same 16-phase as listed for their X370 Taichi.
