Cpu-z shows Xmp setting under Spd

The bios Has auto oc And it has D.o.c.p

D.o.c.p Will oc system to reach Xmp on memory sticks
    This mobo give me 234 fsb/ 280 is the same w/diff multi's
250 should give us 2000c9 on those sticks

Take note of sub timing when using docp

In the bios A.i overclock tuner should say auto /manual /docp
D.o.c.p will have settings for jedec and xmp profiles
You can set d.o.c.p and still manually adjust the fsb and Cpu/Nb/HTT multi

    Your XMP says 2T timing

Are you talking about this Ai Tweaker Screen ?

Under AI overclock tuner there the only option is auto or manual

okay, use Thaiphoon burner to see your sub timing(look for tut on reading mem sticks)
Maybe asus memtweakit will work on your mobo
Too loose of sub timing gives me errors

Yes those auto settings needs to be changed
cas write latency should not be lower than cas latency

AOD will tell you what bios set and let you change on the fly,but you need to know spd

Just pulled the ram out to get the info of it.

    G.Skill 4gb
    F3-2133C9D-8GXL
    DDR-2133 CL9-11-11-31
    1.6v - 1.65v
    PC3 17000 4Gx2
    Intel XMP Ready

I'm guessing the ram being Intel XMP Ready means the XMP doesn't work with AMD ?

You need D.o.c.p option or manually set your sticks.
Did you see modules on both sides of memory
Dl Thaiphoon burner to read you sticks spd settings
It should also tell you what type of sticks those are

    TRTP says 8
    TRRD says 6
    TWTR says 8
    TWR says 16 start @ 12

    Set TRFC to 300ns

Don't forget to set 2T TIMINGS

Thanks, but those timings are worse than what I had in the pic above, so I'm going back to what I had
