Memory Low Error for GPU memory?

When ever I turn page file off, I get a System Memory Low error but system memory (12 GB) is never near full.

From what I can gather, the error comes when GPU memory reaches max capacity (3GB).

Turning PF back on fixes this. I've never had this issue before with PF off.

your system must be using all those ram.

Not even half. Most I see is 40%...

Some legacy programs do not like having the PageFile turned off, this could even be system files.
The best bet is to leave it on but set it to something small. Usually I set it to 2GB and leave it at that.

Thanks. I have it at 6GB for now. Just seemed odd.
