[News] Radeon RX Vega Quake Champions Edition packaging Surfaces

Intresting, it seems that the Q2 launch of AMD Radeon RX Vega might still be happening. A new screenshot slash photo appeared showing Radeon RX Vega combined with Quake Champions Edition packaging.

Now, the photo looks like horse**** and might be just a render. But it looks like a photo that somebody took at some sort of presentation. However, after the news we posted earlier today about AMD posting a Quake Champions link inside AMDs drivers it does seem like 1+1 becomes ... well one. The reality remains though that there is no Quake Champions or RX Vega launch date that is official. The actual source is somebody at reddit who quickly removed his/her account again.

If you look at the package listing you will notice stuff like DirectX12, Vulkan and Radeon Chill. But with significant Vega branding all over it. Have a peek at the screen-shot. It isn't much to look at, but at least it is something.

I'm all for Quake Champions this year. 1 of the 2 PC games I'm interested in buying this year (the other being Prey). But screw Vega.

am equally waiting for Prey. I got a free key when i bought my Crosshair VI motherboard. Q. is cool and the game play is silk like (NDA closed beta).
