BIOS Mod to OC Optiplex 960? or Pin Mod to CPU?

I have a Q9650 chip and wonder if there is a way to mod the bios and flash it so this chip can be overclocked on this system

I thought maybe one person would at least respond to this. Any takers?

use setfsb. open your case, locate the clockgen chip, match it to setfsb and set the fsb. I doubt you will get ever voltage control without hard modding.

Unfortunately it is a Dell Optiplex 960, and I have been unsuccessful with setfsb. I cannot apply any changes. The button to do so is greyed out.
From what I read, a Dell like this one will not let you do any overclocking unless you do a BIOS mod.
    Maybe someone could confirm that.

If not, I'll have to do a pin mod with tape.
