    Sorry version 5.02.0023.

If you have sub-timing values maybe they work, on my bios have none, so didn't worked.

As I remember the dump BIOS in my CHV didn't work for modding, flashrom latest compile didn't found EEPROM, afudos coreboot protected could't flash. Luckily bios 0901 was unprotected so I could flash to 2201 modded.

At any rate, on that note Chew, it seems that whether you want to still try it on your B350-Plus is up to you. I'd definitely feel more confident through using a dumped BIOS though, given there's no Signing to worry about, and I'll still be more than happy to do the modding of it for you.

Also it's fooling me with booting successfully after UEFI overclock. Now it loops through boot/shutdown about 6 times and then loads defaults on me without me noticing (my 100% fan profile remains so it fooled me heh). I finally checked CPU-z and there it was, 3.7 GHz + DDR4-2133. wat

So back to Ryzen Master for awhile I guess. I must be doing something wrong in the UEFI to make it behave like that.

    70c Tctl or 70c CPU/socket temp?
I'm not even sure if I have the latest bios but its not ready for PRO OVERCLOCKING levels.

It needs baby steps. boost memory reboot boost cpu reboot.

    Love the built in Wifi

Fine for daily guys though. I will let zeneffect deal with its headaches for a bit.

Seems slow in PI cinebench spot on.......def needs socket measured....1.40vcore is not a real 1.40v even at LLC 5......below was at 1.45 llc5 this chip does that on the asus pro and ch6 at 1.40v llc5

To even consider itself a top board its going to need to boot at much higher than 5 bclk......and its going to need to be able to overclock memory.......

this is a ty time I was just testing scaling on ch6. good times are sub 8:40's

This one is almost a good time......should be sub 8:20's

    @Chew

Can you change with MemTweakIt the Timings & Subtimings ore only Show them with it?
And did MenTweakIt only run in Asus ore every AM4 Mainboard ?

Rog memtweakit right from asus site. Think i found it in ch6 support files.

I just used it to verify main timings as some go lower but do not apply.

    Need to prep my ch6.

    Am3 mounting comes in handy....

Phase unit has been checked out pulled down to -51c no load.

This one is tuned for max cold light load. Is suited to running super pi. The other is not as cold but tuned for load like cinebench. That one is at msimax's house. Now we can pretune at his house and mine.

Still working great after 5 years.

RunMc makes some killer reliable units.

I'm making some progress, but 3600 seems hard to stabilize with 2400 divider (145+ refclk) or I still haven't found the right knob.
VDDSOC doesn't seem to help much after certain point. Some other voltages help a little, but not much. Still left to bring down the temperature.

Got it 1sec faster on next 1777MHz mem freq, now trying same at 11-11-11, however 3600 is a no go for now with this divider.

    Nice.

My PC 3200 kit falls apart and I have to drop to C14.......I need another kit.

No complaints at the $159 price point though.

The 3600 kit is considerably more.

Hopefully the next set is better.

Keep in mind this is a binned set on Kaby for 4000+ 12-11-11 wazza stable (possibly 4133 12-11-11 too). Bought it pre-binned, although not uber good, kind of decent. The other one I have is much older and a little weaker, but still good.
I have friends who bought several kits really high bin (4133 I think) recently, but they all failed 4000 12-11-11, so it's a lottery.
I'm mostly hitting IMC limit, because memory is definitely capable. VDIMM doesn't help. If I push the next divider to slacken up the secondaries and tertiaries a bit, it might run 3600 stable.

PS: AFAIK, AMD will unlock higher dividers soon, but what I really hope for is a full control of subtimings, because I'm really not fond of running tWCL=18+, lol.
PS2: @chew*, something I noticed is there's no way to maximize the screenshots you're posting. I click on the magnifier icon, but the size is still the same and very hard to see details.

Oh finally... time to start stop fooling around with 4ghz and do something real. Kinda surprised you got C11 reporting correctly. ill have to retest, it always showed c12 in cpuz for me. You aren't the only one with c12 4000+ sticks

    Nice run I.nfraR.ed

Thanks, just starting to know the right knobs.
What is the highest Pi stable freq you got? I've seen 1900 for CB15, but it seems my CPU is not capable, stops at around 1880.
Having hard time at 1800 with Pi32M though.

PS: I like to play at 4GHz, kind of levels up the field. 5GHz is impossible on conventional cooling, but once I got everything dialed in, I will definitely go full-out. But I like LLC challenges .

Yes, happens to me as well. At some cases doesn't boot at even CAS, but when set in bios at the lower odd value, it boots with the rounded up even value I've just tried before...

lol I'll toss my hat in the ring for the helluvit, but I'm not overclocked any...
Here's my run at fully stock on Balanced Profile with a Scythe Katana 3 heatsink and a frankenstein 92mm Delta from an old HP with an old school Mac Pro tri-blade fan swapped in place of the original 5-blade. Hi-Perf profile yields 9:30, for comparison. Though I'm able to get that down to 9:15 (0h 09m 15.689s Checksum: 32BED6A0)

I can confirm it DOES work on other motherboards. just the older ones do not, due to lacking support. The Maximus IX Extreme has the same version as the Crosshair VI Hero:
    Mem TweakIt v2.02.32
But as Chew said, none of them apply. The only one I've gotten to even stay is DRAM Ref Cycle Time, but according to AIDA's report on Timings (under Tools menu) it isn't really changed. And I don't dare touch anything on the Timings #2 and #3 pages due to absolutely no knowledge of them. (I'm blown away there even are that many that ASUS is supporting! lol)

I know that need to optimize it further. I had a pause due to another competition and just starting to test Pi on this platform.

Well here is a hint. To get the os going, you have to change your entire mindset. To quote bill and Ted's excellent adventure, knowing is knowing that you know nothing. Forget traditional xp tweaks, gains are minimal and some detremental. You apply a few things at once, you don't have data. Go slow to go fast is my advice

    Or even bakkards
