The Japanese Sony website now includes information on some very fast SD memory cards, The new series are tagged as SF-G and will become available in 32, 64 and 128 GB volume sized. The hip thing though, they can manage a maximum read speed of 300MB/s and 299 MB/s writes.
You will be highly dependant on the fact wether or not your decive like a camera or smatphone can use this high throughput, it'll need to supporrt UHS-II and even then you need a proper card slot. UHS-II however is backwards-compatible, but at the cost of performance.
