Motherboard and Memory for my 6850K

Hey all, so i got a 6850K and now i want to get a board and memory for it, i like the ASUS ROG STRIX X99 GAMING LGA2011-V3 because its not to bad in terms of price and it also has wifi built in which i like, but i have no idea if it would be a good board or not, also the memory i was looking at these http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16820231929

What are your opinions on this? thanks

dont waste money on high priced memory, not only is that dual channel and rated for z170 only it costs way more than it should. if you really like those heat spreaders for your build get it i guess otherwise if you like gskill i would get the tridentX.

What's your opinion on the x99 Strix MB? I was really close to buying one but ended up with the deluxe II.
