Samsung Pro SSD Long reboot time!

Hey all.

Samsung 850 Pro 128 GB owner here.... baffled at my boot time recently just doubled from 25 secs (normal boot in BIOS) ) to 45 secs with no hardware changes anywhere. What could be the issue.

Using ccleaner since many years, no major programs in start-up...

System formatted twice no virus. Firmware is new though.

My friend could be a driver you need to use a software that MS provides on boot time to see, i had that issue many times using SSD now that i use NVMe Samsung 960 PRO, i had all the serie, SM951, PRO 950 and now PRO 960 i don't notice anything as has a 3500 Read.

Try the tool first or just enter on Safe Mode and see if it does the same...if it don't then it's a driver, if yes well use Acronis to make an image of your install and after the Secure Erase load the image, if no go, secure erase and re install...
