Any of the Corsair guys around? Yellowbeard? Need help with an RMA if possible.

Here's the scope of things,

So back in 2013 I bought a set of Dominator RAM (CMD16GX3M4A2400C9) from Amazon Warehouse Deals, basically Amazon. A year into the build I started blue screening but I didn't think much of it because it would come and go randomly. I finally decided to run MEMTest86+ to see if any errors show up, after awhile the errors started to report, so I know I have bad memory. So next up, RMA time, I submitted my RMA (Ticket 6824049) to corsair.force.com and it got denied because "Technically I bought it used" so it only has a 30 day warranty? If it were just some cheap random RAM, I wouldn't care so much, but this is a set of your flagship memory that's pretty pricey and suppose to have a lifetime warranty. All I'm asking is for some help...
