I got my it7 now but I'm curious about wich bios would be the best. I also heard that there are some biosses who have some more Vmem adjustments. mine only goes upto 2.8V where can I find a bios wich allows me to give some more juice to my mem?

I think that the first bios, the 78H, has the memory option up to 3.2V

If you want the 8Z evaluation bios with 3.2v memory, 1/5 and 1/6 PCI dividers and the enhance memory option give me a shout. Personally though I find you wont need more than 2.8vDDR so I use the latest (A4) bios.
