    They're not expected to win performance metrics. (Noctua perform better in raw desibel measurements, but the BQ fan's frequency is better for meshing with ambient noise and being less noticeable, and having more poles to ramp up and down speeds more gradually)

    Air coolers.. if anyone is looking at one of these they are wanting something cheap but effective, which means anything like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 variants. Pay much more than that for a air cooler you should be looking at entry level AIO coolers IMO.
