KLiK has a chart on WCG forum that might interest you. Titled ECD (estimated completion date) it uses work done so far by percentage and current rate of wu completions to guesstimate the end date of each project
Those dates far in to the future will be less accurate as there are many things which will effect the rate at which work is done, for example....
When a project finishes folks could move to a particular project which will shorten the completion time
New projects coming on line would probably have the opposite effect.

I did a quick spreadsheet to see what would be needed to hit 100 years on projects. I don't think I like the idea of running that many cores through the summer so it is unlikely I shall try but this might give you a few ideas...
Looking at this you can maybe see that I could add cores and push for Zika through the winter then just cut back and aim for 50 years on TB during the warmer months then perhaps turn it up a bit to get OET
EDIT: of course the 10 and 5 years labels on that chart should be 100 and 50
