    chosing between the 970s

Time to get a new gfx card and gonna go with a GTX 970. Any opinions between the EVGA FTW, MSI Gaming or something else? From what I've read evga had some issues but supposedly they are fixed with the FTW.

    The help is always appreciated

Pick based on personal factors such as noise level, physical size and brand preference. Overclocking ability is a complete lottery with the 970 and you're as likely to find a high clocking gpu on a cheap reference card as you are on the expensive customs. Very few cards fail to reach 1450mhz boost, average seems to be 1475-1500mhz regardless of card make or model. Good ones go to 1550mhz, very few go higher. My Palit reference card is at 1560mhz and still climbing (watercooled now but tested up to 1500mhz on air, blower fan is too noisy).
