Lan Network Card for PCI for Faster Internet speed in my computer....Need Advice

I have heard with some good or Special Lan /Network cards PCI or PCIe you can go way faster ?
If so what's a good one, I'm hoping I can just get it from Newegg.
My system is in my Signature below

I have seen the ones from ATTO for $2000. and $2900.

I'm hoping a few hundred or so

those big money cards are more for in house networking like in a big office going from computer to computers more less?

thanks I just got U-Verse from ATT, way better than my old DSL modem......I might go to commercial internet providers, like T1 T2 or something that kind, due to my building only allows ATT hers, Burbank ca....I know you guys down under have the good stuff for internet
....also I know the Rolling Stones just cancelled the "Hanging Rock concert" over Mick Jaggers soar Throat then going to Sydney
