Fanless PC's for work

We are looking for a fanless PC with SSD hard drives, since they will be in harsh environments.

I've found these but they are a bit pricey.

Does anyone have recommendations? This will be used as middleware on site at a number of our locations.

Have you tried looking here. Theres lots of barebones systems that dont seem too expensive.
