I have an Asrock Z87 OC Formula (sn.37M0XD069430) with the next problems:
Bios: All the available versions
CPU - G3258, i5-4670K and i7-4790K
VGA - Gigabyte HD 7970 GHz Edition
SSD - Samsung 840 EVO
HDD - WD SATA III 500GB
Source - Seasonic Platinum 1000W
Operating system - Windows 7-64bit
All memory slots are working with default BIOS setting! The problems appear ONLY at the following frequency :
1. G.SKILL TridentX (F3-2400C9D-8GTXD) the memories with Samsung chips it's working at 2800MHz 9-12-12-21 1T-2.07V only on the black slots, but it's not working over 2666MHz 9-12-12-21 1T-1.85V on yellow slots.
2. CORSAIR Dominator GT (CMT4GX3M2A2000C8) the memories with PSC chips it's not working over 2400MHz 8-11-7-28 1T-1.85V no matters the voltage, no matters the slots (it works at 2600MHz 8-12-8-28 1T-1.85V on Maximus VI Impact and Z77 OC Formula)
3. Team Xtreem (TXD38G2666HC11CDC01) the memories with MFR chips it's not working over 2933MHz 11-14-13-25 1T-1.85v no matters the voltage, no matters the slots (it works over 3000MHz on Maximus VI Impact)
4. BCLK Rotio it's not working no matters the settings and the voltage.
The motherboard was sent to the warranty at the service of the dealer and they sent it to me back after 15 days with the next reply:
"The product it's working normaly in the oc standard mode ( that means a frequency of the memories between 1866MHz and 2133MHz)."
And they also say that what I asked to test belongs to Extreme OC and that it's not covered by the warranty.
Where can I send the product for testing and for solving the problems?
This message have been also sent to the RMA Service Asrock Taiwan 5 days ago and I don't have any answer.
