New Motherboard + CPU

I just purchase a new Mobo and CPU and I am new to the Fx series and I had a few questions. The CPU is continually fluctuating between 1.4, 3.5 (stock), 3.8 and 4.1 (turbo). I am not sure if this is normal for this CPU. The temps run between 22 to 28c and 52c stressed. I am running the stock cooler. Any suggestions?

welcome. this is normal.

i would research a good air cooler to replace the stock heatsink fan.
