website that hosts all OS's in VM

years ago there was a site that hosted all known operating systems and versions in a VM type environment.
You could start and play around with each system but of course couldn't change any settings that I was aware of.
it was invaluable for troubleshooting users with an OS you didn't have or were unfamiliar with.

and I cant find it now when I need it !!

does anyone know what I am talking about and have a link for it?

I have googled until I am blue in the face and cant find anything.

The difference is that you can choose from a multitude of CPU/ram choices and schedule a custom config if needed.

    This includes Itaniums
    Intel 9990XE @ 5.1Ghz
    ASUS Rampage VI Extreme Omega
GTX 2080 ti Galax Hall of Fame
    64GB Galax Hall of Fame
    Intel Optane
    Platimax 1245W

    Intel 3175X
    Asus Dominus Extreme
GRX 1080ti Galax Hall of Fame
    96GB Patriot Steel
    Intel Optane 900P RAID

well I mean this guy had a site running that had every operating system you could think of, you could pick it in the browser, and it would spin up and you could cruse around in the OS.
I used to work with a guy who made one too but I never saved the link to his site.

I actually have a client that is using 98 and I would love to use that website's '98 VM so I can do some troubleshooting.
(the program the client has is a DOS based system so them using '98 is ultimately ok, but we cant remote in to do anything.)

I am just looking for a link to that site because I can find nothing on it.
