Recycling old single stage unit - Ideas on who would take it?

I've got an old Cooler Express Hydra (Their 2006-7 SLI+CPU unit) unit that needs to finally make its' way to somewhere besides the back of the attic. I'm having trouble finding anyone who is willing to accept it for recycling at the standard places around here. (County Dump, GoodWill, various resale shops)

Any ideas for someone in a university town in the USA? The only one I've come up with that I haven't explored is finding if there is a project/maker shop/startup that might be interested in seeing what they can do with it.

I'd love to have it to take apart and tinker with. I'd probably make a single evap unit out of it and put it on my old 1090t machine and see how high i could take it before it burst into flames.

The unit arrived intact, I fired it up today and it went down to -53c unloaded in my office.

It is a Cooler Express 3 headed Hydra SLI

Instant X99 ram chiller, even nicer fit with Dimas bench table height.

I feel a lot better knowing it will still be used and enjoyed.

It was my last big adventure/spendy purchases before I settled down and got married so I'm still partial to it. As shown by how long it lasted in the attic before I could admit to myself that it wasn't coming out to play again, with me anyway..
