    comp fittings on UT60

so alphacool made the UT60 so that swiftech .5in ID, .75 OD fittings wont fit when a fan is installed on the same side.

Any one know if the bitspower compression can be installed on the same side as a fan?

EDIT: ROFL even alphacool .5ID comps are 26.1mm OD, so they wont even fit!

My monsoon free center compression 1/2"ID/3/4"OD fit on my alphacool monsta ...in fact I'm using 45 degree rotaries and they fit as well.

Sorry about the pic but it's all I have on hand right now.

What size UT60? Yeah my monsoons and Koolance VL4N (fat) QDCs work on the UT60 480, the XT45 560 and the Monsta 560, the only alphacool rad I had problems with is the ST30 120 rad.

use extensions (this is what im planning with my 3/8-5/8 fittings), or smaller fittings, 1/2-3/4 fittings are silly anyways that is probobly why they dont support it.

    its a UT60 240.

I bought primochill LRT adv 1/2ID 3/4OD tubing for the build, so i need the large fittings.

Now Im worried about my coolgate 360.

While I agree that 3/4 OD are often silly, I still use them because the VL4N and QD4 come in that size. The ST30 120 even had some compatability issues with 5/8 OD on one of the ports (manufacturing variance I guess).
