Still going. It seems none of my BBSE will do over 2400 anymore, so I may have to try some PSC.

Got one 4790K batch L419B602 that not seems to be the best, but tonight i did a delid on it. Easy with vice method.

    Before delid

    After delid

Now i only use a Hyper212 with crappy fans but still got some lower temps in load

I certainly can't complain about this L331C510 chip. i can only imagine what it could do with better cooling.

It is in the CPU-Z mem tab mate, 4.7 uncore for pi and 4.3 for CB
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

4.7ghz uncore is max on mine at ambient temps, 4.8 uncore is instant freeze/bsod regardless of volts. For CB 4.3 uncore is stable, above that it is variable and annoying crashing while trying to tighten my mediocre ram.

Did 5ghz cinebench 1.39v everything on auto, but can't seem to upload pics these days! Just errors out. Pretty sure I could do lower volts with some tweaks.

edit: Delidded today too, crazy temp difference. With 4.8ghz and 1.35v, Prime was hitting 90c instantly. Now it's only hitting 60c, and only using Noctua TIM between IHS and die. Was getting 27c temp variance before delid.

I have pics I will try to upload later of the delid process.
