Greetings all,
It's been a while since i have looked into new parts for a new build. My brother is looking to build a new pc and i was looking for some advice. He has a max of around $1k AUS to spend on a tower minus cooling and hard drives. Parts needed will need to be able to run 2 1920x1080 monitors. What would you recommend?

Does he need to game on two monitors, or just need to be able to run dual screens?

Probably some kind of Intel i5 based system, with 8-16GB of ram, and an AMD R9 270 would be more than enough.
