I noticed some for sale a while back, but I'm waiting for the 32GB LRDIMMs personally...and no point in buying it without CPUs available...

If Haswell-EP launches at Computex (and is unlocked as is rumored), it'll be a different story....I'll be buying the largest sticks I can get my hands on...

The largest I have heard about was Hynix 128GB sticks. Yeah they might be a bit costly

The ones I have are 16GB, so for a dual cpu system my standard load out when to 128GB RAM.

I heard about those as well, but the only SKUs I could find were for the Crucial 32GB LRDIMMs. My concern with the higher density sticks is lead time...my guess is that Haswell-EP will launch on the smaller sticks, with the larger ones becoming available quite some time after launch after production of them fully ramps and yields come up. Yields on the high density memory have to be worse than on the lower density stuff, which could possibly affect the ability to provide adequate memory for the initial launch if they were to focus on the high density chips now. Of course, memory is the lesser concern now...whether or not I consider Haswell-EP depends a considerable degree on whether or not the top SKUs are unlocked. If they are, I'll be spending over $10k on CPUs.
