    Z97 tuf or rog hero

Its time for UPGRADES! I just bought a 4670k because I wanted to leverage the new Z97 platform-- but heres the problem

i'm stuck deciding between these two boards---
The ASUS z97 sabertooth TUF mark 1 has dual LAN which would be nice for file transfers between my NAS and my main computer, and it has SATA express! Plus that backplate seems like a great idea.
The Asus z97 ROG HERO has an m.2 port and is 20 dollars cheaper...and I love the ROG suite of software. I can always buy a 20 dollar Intel NIC on ebay for like 20 bucks for the extra LAN.

    Can anyone help me decide?!

I also plan too upgrade soon. for me its ASUS Maximus VII Hero or Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SOC Force. i can't decide. Ranger is worse for overclocking less phase. I like color scheme on Hero and supreme fx. Last 2 gen i was asus now i really want to go Gigabyte through.
