Help !!! ASUS M5A78L-M LX and AMD Phenom II X6 1075T will work ?

Hi Guys im not an AMD guy and there?s a friend with this problem, i saw this list and seems that the AMD Phenom II X6 1075T wont go on that mobo

IS there any way BIOS flash or it will not just work, it enters the BIOS but wont update the BIOS...

It should work but there probably won't be much room for increasing the vCore for an overclock and you might want to try to run the vCore at the lower end. This board appears to only officially support 95W CPUs and the 1075T is rated for 125W. Also consider having active cooling on the VRMs.
