Ram performance drop X79 @ 2400 divider

I figured I'de bump this, yesterday I found some more info on the bug and also today I noticed that the x99 may have the same prob.

I was looking around and found this:

It does look like it affects all the brands, and affects the x99 as well, pretty sure.
And it also seems the rive isn't affected and neither is the 3930k, but I would expect the 3930's to use a lower div anyways.
I've seen a screen with a rive and a 4930k and it doesn't have the bug.
Both the msi and the r5e seems to have it.
